A note on coverage & approach
I photograph weddings exclusively on film, which means I work intentionally and within the natural flow of the day. For multi-day events, coverage is thoughtfully structured to prioritize meaningful moments while avoiding burnout or over-documentation.

This questionnaire helps determine the level of coverage that best supports your weekend, including whether additional hours or a second photographer would be beneficial.

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire. While I already have some of this information, please complete all fields so everything lives in one place alongside your responses.

I’ve also received your current wedding weekend schedule from your coordinator, Hillary Fitzgerald, and have used that information to help shape the questions.

Please answer everything as best you can at this stage. We’ll refine details together during our phone call on December 18 at 1:00pm.

Once we’ve aligned on coverage needs and priorities, I’ll follow up with recommended pricing options and from there, a contract for your wedding photography coverage.
